Everything worked for the Giants. It was that kind of game. Kerry Collins was a stellar 20 of 27 for over 270 yards, Ron Dayne and Tiki Barber worked over the Dallas run defense effectively, and Bashir Livingston took a KO return 97 yards for a score. I would have predicted a Dallas win, as the 2000 Giants are not really a powerhouse, but Romo was streaky and the Cowboys committed some awful penalties at the worst times imaginable. Julius Jones had one hot series early, where he rattled off 3 runs totalling 60 yards, but the Cowboy's running attack was ineffective after that.
